By purchasing from Spike Buck-Forks, you agree to these terms. Compatibility, safe operation, and proper use remain the buyer's responsibility.

Orders and Payment

Orders are accepted subject to availability and confirmation. Pricing may change without notice prior to checkout completion.

Product Use

Products are intended for use by competent operators with compatible equipment. Buyer must follow tractor and loader manufacturer limits, applicable laws, and safe operating practices.

Warranty Disclaimer

EXCEPT WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW OR EXPRESSLY STATED IN WRITING, GOODS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "WITH ALL FAULTS." SELLER DISCLAIMS IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW.

Indemnification

Buyer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Spike Buck-Forks from claims, damages, losses, and expenses arising from improper installation, overloading, modification, misuse, or operation outside manufacturer or product limits.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Spike Buck-Forks is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of use, property damage, or personal injury arising from misuse, overloading, improper installation, or operation outside rated limits.

Dispute Venue

These terms are governed by Michigan law. Venue for disputes shall be in courts of competent jurisdiction in Michigan, unless otherwise required by law.
